Serenity Grove has been the best mental health program we’ve come across. I had a really good experience during the admissions process for a loved one. Kirk was very helpful, responsive, and supportive the entire time. He made everything feel a lot less stressful and confusing. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and the facility itself seems to truly care about the people they serve and provides a very high level of support.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Therapists aren’t licensed. Communication from the director is awful. After you graduate (IF you do, the graduation rate has to be less than 25%) you won’t get any help/communication/call or email back. If you need any documentation from them after the fact, you can forget about it. Ran out of serious mental health medications multiple times. If you have any other mental health PHP/IOP available to you-take it.

This place has been great. Don’t pay attention to the ones that say they discriminate people. Those certain people , was rude to staff everyday. They decided to interrupt class by making flatulence (passing gas) from their body and laughed about it while we was having class. This place and staff are all amazing!

Checked in over 6 months ago. Was at the lowest point in my life. . this place helped me save my life. Great place, great staff and people. Met some life long friends. I felt welcomed and at home. Helped me further my help. The people there are so love u g and caring. I almost cried. Don't be scared. It's a great place
