This company has been revolutionary for me in my growth personally and professionally. Mary is fantastic but the front of house staff is also super efficient, responsive, and treat every client like they care and matter. 20/10. Their response rate to me with an urgent situation is unlike that of any health office I’ve experienced, and this is coming from someone who was in a hit and run car accident in April. If you think this office or someone here may be a match for you, most certainly give them a try.

My therapist was provisionally licensed and the quality of care reflected a lack of experience and, more importantly, a lack of meaningful clinical supervision. When he went through a personal issue, communication simply stopped. There was no plan, no transition, no follow-up. I was left without care and had to chase the company for answers myself. If you actually want help, this isn’t a place to go. The “care team” doesn’t care…they will if even the opportunity will load you up on meds and let you”you” not them work through any side effects. They false advertised their IOP non existent program to get paid for my insurance but not to serve the patient. Months later I am still suffering from the trauma I received from working with the NPs and the lack luster therapist. Such an understanding and supportive therapist that really helped me cope with my deep mental issues. I realised I was co-dependant to a vile and abusive man and how much better my life is now I got rid of him and realised my own self worth and to love myself. So happy with my life and new perspectives. Just ditch that low life boyfriend that's draining you of your true life it's just so peaceful

I was wrongfully charged for three additional therapy sessions that I did not schedule or attend back in April. I had my first session with Modern Therapy Group, and I have to be honest—it was not a positive experience.
