After making the decision to enter a detox facility, I decided Innovo was the best fit for me. Never having been to Treatment before, I didn’t know what to expect. My stay here was absolutely awesome! The staff were friendly, and understanding. The nursing staff were always available, fun and friendly. The food was great, and the beds were more comfortable than my own at home! I felt like I was heard and taken care of for my entire stay here! Don't waste your time here. They are always understaffed. The place is really small. There are no activities or anything exciting or fun to do at innovo. U spend your time either in your room or 2 community rooms. They dont take you to any outside groups or meetings. The outdoor area you can access is pretty much a glorified smoking section. I highly recommend britelife recovery in hanover, pa. It is 13 minutes from innovo. They have everything you could ever want in a treatment center and the staff is so much better. Unfortunately Innovo wasn’t my first facility. Fortunately Innovo offered the best possible care for my Alcoholism. Great staff (clinical, nursing and Kitchen). I feel I’m on the right track now and I’m looking forward to a bright future in recovery. I wish I would have found Innovo first.

I called Innovo’s hotline and we agreed at that time that I would be admitted for 7 or 10 days. Three days later, I inquired when my discharge date will be according to what I had agreed to. In reply I was told that when I arrived at the facility, I changed my original agreement to 30 days and never was told at that time this didn’t include the 7 days I was already there. I was shocked to learn this because I didn’t remember changing the original agreement. Innovo knew I needed to return to work a lot sooner than that. So... read more
