I arrived at Garden, Garden Spring Wellness Gardens in very poor condition suffering from post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety and panic attacks. When I arrived one of the therapist told me I got you, Robert you’re gonna be OK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Rakeisha is the WORST therapist ever. Instead of giving me therapeutic advice Rakeisha gave me her own stupid input that I didn't ask for and it RUINED my relationships with people. When I told her I was disassociating she threw a questionnaire at me instead of helping me ground. I was also almost given literal schizophrenia medicine to treat my bipolar depression. Therapy is not "personalized" - staff will literally yell at you like you're a child if you don't attend sessions that don't feel relevant... read more

I’ve been here almost 2 months and I feel myself getting better everyday! I have a great team of support. (Shout out Kyla, Gisele & Jenn!) this place saved me during some pretty dark times. But you get what you give!!! So put in the work and this place will help you get you where you want to be! They are there for you!!

Great staff — very welcoming and supportive. From the first day I felt comfortable and cared for. The program is well run, and the people here truly want to help you succeed. I’m grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend Garden Springs Wellness

Not well put together or professional. Half the groups were people complaining about program, not getting appointments with psych or social work, or bad talking other clients with no professional intervention or control. Blamed me for my therapist double booking and never being able to see my therapist. Magical and religious thinking in groups. Google image print outs and little to no actual CBT and DBT or real accredited mental health treatments in groups. We watched inside out as “therapy”. It took over a week of me and my... read more
