I arrived at Garden, Garden Spring Wellness Gardens in very poor condition suffering from post traumatic stress disorder generalized anxiety and panic attacks. Not well put together or professional. Half the groups were people complaining about program, not getting appointments with psych or social work, or bad talking other clients with no professional intervention or control. Blamed me for my therapist double booking and never being able to see my therapist. Magical and religious thinking in groups. I’ve been here almost 2 months and I feel myself getting better everyday! I have a great team of support. (Shout out Kyla, Gisele & Jenn!) this place saved me during some pretty dark times. But you get what you give!!! So put in the work and this place will help you get you where you want to be! They are there for you!!
