Crossroads Healing Center (Connersville, IN location) residential program made such a positive impact on my life. I learned how to manage my illness, relationships, and emotions through the individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The GeneSight testing that was completed helped the doctor identify where changes in medications were needed. I have never posted a review, but i have to share! I have been on a very long journey of mental health treatment with my son. He has been to many different places and Crossroads has gone above and beyond. They have given me hope again when I didn’t feel like there was any. Communication has been amazing, the staff has continued to work with him even though it hasn’t been easy. I would highly recommend the facility. I just called a few minutes ago to speak to someone because I've been struggling for the past few days with my mental health and the phone just rang and rang. It said 24 hour service but I thought that with it being Father's Day weekend that they might not be opened and hung up. A few minutes later I get a return call saying that they were sorry that they missed my call, when at that time I just said, " It doesn't matter". Crossroads Healing Center played a vital part in my recovery journey. Having been addicted to opiates of all kinds for the better part of two decades, going through unassisted withdrawal was not only terrifying but potentially deadly in my case.
