Crossroads Healing Center (Connersville, IN location) residential program made such a positive impact on my life. I learned how to manage my illness, relationships, and emotions through the individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The GeneSight testing that was completed helped the doctor identify where changes in medications were needed. I have never posted a review, but i have to share! I have been on a very long journey of mental health treatment with my son. He has been to many different places and Crossroads has gone above and beyond. They have given me hope again when I didn’t feel like there was any. Communication has been amazing, the staff has continued to work with him even though it hasn’t been easy. I would highly recommend the facility. I’m truly grateful for everyone here. The staff treated me with respect, patience, and real care. They created a safe environment where I could actually focus on healing. Revised below. Original review: My husband just admitted himself here a few days ago and was allowed a phone call today. He said it's nothing like what he was told over the phone or what the website says, and I trust him. He's not even seeing a therapist or doing group therapy for his crippling anxiety. He said they just watch youtube videos and then answer a couple questions after. They also haven't sorted out his medications yet and it's been DAYS without them.
