I recently just finished about 3 months with Bluestar. I don’t really know where to start other than it was an amazing experience. I can’t emphasize enough how helpful the staff were. I've been to many aftercare programs but this one is by far the best. I came right from inpatient, went into their housing and started attending programming, it was a blessing. Everyone from the clients to the staff are really personable and have made this experience much more pleasant than any other time I had been in aftercare. As far as credible and capable mental health programming Monmouth County, Blue Star is a cut above. Their compassion, communication, and flexibility is by far, the best I’ve even experienced. Their team is professional and they truly go out of their way to cater to each individual.

Blue Star Recovery has been a life changing experience for me. When I first came in, I didn’t think I needed as much help as I actually did. The staff really understood my specific needs and guided me in a way that made everything click. I’ve become more approachable, less angry, and I’ve learned to let things go and live happily while staying sober. Blue star is an amazing treatment center with amazing staff who care deeply for the clients. They offer many forms and levels of care for addiction and mental health. They truly give you the support to build a successful life. The supportive housing I stayed at was incredible including a gym, sauna, ping pong table, a bedroom tv and much more!
